Steps to add Fostr AI to your Notion content:

1. Log into the Notion workspace at https://www.notion.so/.
2. Navigate to the page/database you would like to share with Fostr
3. Click the 3 dots in the top right corner
4. Click connections
5. Select Fostr
6. Select Confirm

Fostr now has access to the Notion content. You can remove the Fostr connection at any time.
