If you’re having trouble signing in to Fostr AI or simply need to update your credentials, resetting your password is quick and secure. This guide walks you through the steps to reset your password and regain access to your account so you can get back to using the system without interruption.

Step 1: Sign In to Fostr

Navigate to www.fostrai.com.

On the login screen, select "Forgot Password?" (Just above Sign In).

Enter your company email address in the popup.

Click "Send reset link." This will trigger an email with a reset token to be sent to your inbox.

Look for an email from [email protected] titled "Forgot Password”.

Step 2: Reset Password

Click the “Reset Password” button in the email.

You’ll be redirected back to www.fostrai.com, where you will be prompted to enter your new password.

Create a new password that includes:

• 8+ characters
• 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)
• 1 lowercase letter (a-z)
• 1 number (0-9)
• 1 special character (e.g., !@#$%^&*()-_=+[{|:,.>?/)

Click “Set new password” when you are finished. You’ll be logged in automatically.
