Fostr’s Grow integration brings dashboards, metrics, and reporting data directly into the AI workspace so teams can use insights in real time workflows. This page explains how access and permissions are handled between Grow and Fostr to ensure data is shared securely and only with the right people.

Credentials and Access

To activate the Grow integration with Fostr, a set of API credentials is required. These credentials are issued through the Grow Admin console and control how Fostr connects with dashboards and datasets.

Required credentials typically include:

All credentials are configured at the tenant level. Once an administrator provides valid credentials, every authorized user in that Fostr tenant can access Grow data without completing individual setup.

Credentials are encrypted at rest within Fostr and stored securely in the Grow Integration Record. Only administrators or approved stakeholders may manage or refresh them.

Permissions and Visibility

When connected, Grow acts as the source of dashboards, metrics, and reporting data that flow into Fostr. This ensures that key performance insights are available directly within workflows without requiring users to switch platforms.

Permissions work on two layers:

  1. Grow’s account permissions decide what dashboards and datasets the integration user can see. If the connected Grow account cannot open a dashboard, it will not appear in Fostr.
  2. Fostr’s role model filters what already‑accessible Grow data users can see inside the platform.

As a result:

This blend of Grow’s access model and Fostr’s role‑based controls helps keep sensitive dashboards secure while still making key data actionable within the AI workspace.

Data Access

Fostr’s integration with Grow is intentionally limited to only the information required for workflows and decision support. Full datasets or user profile data from Grow are not imported.

Data Fostr can use includes:
